We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, service details, pricing, promotions, product availability, equipment specifications, financing information, service areas, and other website content may change.
Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for an inspection, diagnosis, estimate, or professional assessment of your particular plumbing, heating, cooling, gas, drainage, or other building system.
Submitting a contact form, service request, booking request, quote request, or other website form does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee an appointment.
A service request is subject to confirmation by Bromac.
Appointment availability, technician availability, emergency response, pricing, scope of work, equipment availability, and completion times may vary.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting service.
If information changes after you submit a request, please let Bromac know as soon as reasonably possible.
Unless Bromac specifically states otherwise in writing, prices or general cost information appearing on the website are for informational purposes only.
Actual pricing may depend on factors that cannot be determined until a technician inspects the property or system.
Before proceeding with chargeable work, applicable estimates, authorizations, or service terms may be provided separately.
The final scope of work may be affected by conditions discovered during inspection or service, including concealed damage, code issues, access limitations, equipment condition, previous workmanship, hazardous conditions, or other circumstances that could not reasonably be identified beforehand.
Any changes to authorized work will be addressed in accordance with the applicable estimate, work authorization, or service agreement.
Bromac may provide information about plumbing, heating, cooling, hot water, and other products or equipment, including products manufactured by third parties.
Product specifications, availability, warranties, and manufacturer programs may change without notice.
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, registration requirements, exclusions, and warranty procedures.
Any Bromac workmanship warranty or service warranty is governed by the terms provided with the applicable service or project.
Nothing on the website creates a warranty beyond a warranty expressly provided in writing.
Website forms and email should not be relied upon for an immediate threat to life, health, or property.
If you are experiencing an emergency requiring police, fire, ambulance, or another emergency service, contact the appropriate emergency authority.
If you suspect a gas leak or another immediately dangerous condition, leave the affected area when it is safe to do so and follow the emergency instructions of the applicable gas utility or emergency authority.
Bromac website content about plumbing, heating, gas, electrical controls, drainage, or other building systems is general educational information.
Do not perform work that requires a licensed or qualified professional unless you are legally authorized and competent to do so.
Bromac may make third-party financing options available to eligible customers, including financing through Financeit.

Bromac does not control financing approval decisions.
Any financing agreement is between you and the applicable financing provider and is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
