Toilets are one of the most common service calls plumbers receive. Ensuring a proper seal is crucial, with the majority of leaks going unnoticed until a stain forms on the floor.

We use rings to bring the flange to an appropriate level, use wobble wedges to prevent a rocking toilet, add a new wax seal with closet bolts and finally silicone the front and sides of the toilet to ensure it’s a finished installation.

We service anywhere in the Lower Mainland from Surrey to Hope, including Maple Ridge and Mission.

Weekend or after hours installations will be subject to an additional $160 to cover our overtime costs.

We include a 1 year warranty for materials and workmanship supplied by Bromac Mechanical.
